Mr. Francis Oyewunmi is a Policy cum Planning Consultant, Fellow, Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM) and Member, American Society for Public Administration (ASPA). His areas of expertise include: Policy Analysis; Manpower Analysis and Training; Strategic Planning, Project/Program Analysis and Implementation.
Mr Oyewunmi holds a bachelor degree from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria; a Diploma in Public Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Nigeria and a Masters degree in Public Administration and Information from School of Business, Long Island University, New York, USA.
Mr. Oyewunmi has worked as Manager with Western State Civil Service and Samonda Community Bank, both in Nigeria, he has served as Training Consultanat to the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Nigeria and has also served as Columnist and Editorial Advisor, Nigerian Trumpet Newspaper, London, UK and also as Business Office Manager with New York State Government, New York, USA. Mr Oyewunmi is currently self-employed in to hands-on Policy Analysis, Program Implementation, Organizational Development and Strategic Planning and has attended, organized and coordinated several successful programs both within and outside Africa and North America.
