Nicholas Sandy Kofi (N.S.K.) Appiah is the current Chairman of the Ministerial Tender Review Board of the Ministry of Education, Ghana. His areas of expertise include: Procurement Management; Organization Development; Project Management; Production/Operations Management; Strategic Management; Enterprise Development and Management; Policy Analysis and Advocacy and General Management.
Over the past twenty-three (23) years, he has worked at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) as Management Consultant and Trainer/Lecturer. He has been involved in conducting Training Needs Assessment (TNA), developing and facilitating learner-centered training programmes for post – experience adults.
Since 1992, Mr. Appiah has coordinated and facilitated over forty (40) international programmes in Procurement Management organized by GIMPA in collaboration with the World Bank and other international agencies.
