Mr. Charles Cotter (South Africa)

Mr. Charles Cotter is an independent Education, Training and Development Practitioner, specializing in Management Training, with over 12 years experience in Human Resources Development (HRD). He has been a contract Lecturer at the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT), South Africa, in Business Management and HRM/D since 2001. He has also facilitated for the North West University, School of Business Management; University of Pretoria Continuing Education, Southern Business School and the TUT Business School, all in South Africa.

Mr. Cotter holds a Master of Business Administration degree (cum laude), a B.A Honours degree (cum laude) in HRD and a B.A degree (Industrial Psychology). He is professionally registered as a Chartered HR Practitioner, Learning & Development (L&D) specialist, at the South African Board for Peoples Practices (SABPP). He is a founding member and current Vice President of the Southern Africa Professional Trainers Association (SAPTA). He is a registered constituent assessor with the SERVICES SETA in generic management/business practice. He is also a noted public speaker at national and continental conferences and widely regarded as a subject matter expert in the field of human capital metrics and management.
